- One (2-3 hour) prenatal visit to meet your family + fur family, discuss your anticipated postpartum needs, make a plan for when baby arrives, assist with registry or baby gear questions, help organize the spaces where you will be nursing or tending to your postpartum healing
- 4 weeks of support, 20 hours a week, split into 3 or 4 days per week
Package B:

- 6 weeks of support, 20 hours a week, split into 3 or 4 days per week

- Grocery shopping/running errands related to baby & birthing parent
- Assisting sibling/pet/family with the emotional and physical adjustments of a new baby
- Helping with baby’s laundry
- Dishes and other cleaning related to baby
- Education on baby gear (includes but is not limited to: carriers, strollers, diapering, cloth diapering, bottles, sanitation machines)
- Preparing small, nourishing meals that promote healing for birthing parent
- Offering referrals for things such as: pediatricians, lactation consultants, new parent groups, mental health professionals, etc.
- Assisting other family members in feeling empowered to support the birth-giver and be an active participant throughout the newborn stage
- 24/7 phone support during your 4-6 weeks of care
