Birth Support Package:
•Free, non-obligational virtual consultation to get acquainted and see if we’re a good fit
•3-4 prenatal meetings (including at least 1 in-home visit) to discuss your birth preferences, support needs, comfort measures, labor and postpartum preparations, concerns, and questions
•Assistance with creating a birth preferences form
•Educational materials and resources to assist with decision making
•Support for the birth partner to be as comfortable and involved as possible
•Emotional support and physical comfort measures (such as massage, acupressure, aromatherapy, counter pressure, assistance with positions and relaxation, reassurance, etc.) during labor and delivery
•In-home postpartum visit, within 1-2 weeks of birth, to offer emotional support and birth processing, as well as additional resources/referrals, as needed
•Breastfeeding support, if desired
•Unlimited daytime phone and email support all throughout pregnancy
•On-call availability, 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks
