Birth Support Package:
•Free, 15-minute virtual consultation to get to know more about one another and see if we're a good match
•3-4 prenatal meetings (including one in-home visit) to get comfortable working as a team, discuss your birth preferences and support needs in detail, learn and practice comfort measures, review birth and postpartum preparations, and address your questions and concerns
•Assistance with creating a birth preferences form
•Evidence-based educational materials and resources to assist with empowered decision making
•Support for the birth partner to be as comfortable and involved as possible
•Emotional support and physical comfort measures (such as massage, acupressure, aromatherapy, counter pressure, assistance with positions and relaxation, reassurance and encouragement, etc.) during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum
•Access to my referral list (bodyworkers, breastfeeding experts, mental health professionals, placenta services, childbirth and lactation classes etc.)
•In-home postpartum visit, within 1-2 weeks of birth, to offer emotional support and birth processing, as well as additional resources/referrals, as needed
•Breastfeeding support, if desired
•Daytime phone and email support all throughout pregnancy
•On-call availability, 24/7, beginning at 37 weeks of pregnancy up until the birth
